CALPADS Recognition Programs

Local educational agency (LEA) staff working on CALPADS can earn two recognitions:

CALPADS Training Recognition: The CALPADS Training Recognition Program provides a certificate to individuals who complete the nine core CALPADS training courses to acknowledge an individual’s effort in learning how to use CALPADS and to encourage more individuals to attend the complete set of CALPADS trainings to increase their CALPADS proficiency. CALPADS training attendance is gathered from the self-paced activity as well as the online presenter led (webinar) sessions.  Individuals automatically receive the recognition; there is no need to apply. For more information and a list of the core courses required for the recognition, click here.

CALPADS Data Management Recognition: The CALPADS Data Management Recognition Program was established to acknowledge an LEA’s effort to meet the CALPADS submission certification deadlines. LEAs automatically receive the data Management recognition; they do not need to apply. For more information about this recognition, click here.
