Essential 2 - Features, Code Mapping and User Access

Purpose

As a requirement for the initial creation of the ​LEA Admin Account, this session is provided to review User Management functions to set up new Users in CALPADS. This session:

  • Provides instruction on adding and maintaining users
  • Explains Organizational Types and User Roles
  • Provides demonstration on search functions and password resets
  • Shows a job aid to assist in inventory of Users in an LEA

Once the video has been viewed, the LEA Admin must complete the questionnaire below in order to have an account created in CALPADS.  CSIS will review the answers and send an email with pertinent information for your new LEA admin account within three business days.
