This course will improve users with their troubleshooting practices. In this session we review the CALPADS Error List, introduce tips used by the service desk, detail the proper way to request support and review common errors.
The course will explain the following:
- Error types (the different types of errors within CALPADS)
- Error List Navigation (a description of the technical document used to define errors in CALPADS)
- Troubleshooting Tips (methods and considerations used by the support staff when resolving CALPADS errors)
- Demonstration of Error Resolution (applying troubleshooting tips in error resolution)
New, intermediate and advanced CALPADS users responsible for updating CALPADS.
